Karl Friedl, VP of Operations, brings over 34 years of construction industry experience to Reficio Company LLC.
His expertise spans construction management and owner’s representation, with a focus on retail development, shopping center redevelopment, retail fit-outs, vanilla boxes, turnkey spaces, big box chains, and small businesses. Karl holds a Massachusetts unrestricted building license since 2013, OSHA 30 safety training certification, and is a Connecticut Notary. Additionally, he is an award-winning photographer.
