Gustavo Jara is a dynamic designer and operations professional with a deep passion for bringing concepts to life through meticulous execution. He holds a BA in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Human-Centered Design and Engineering, complemented by specialized training in Xactimate and interior development tools.
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Production, Gustavo plays a pivotal role in managing production operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the successful completion of large-scale construction and restoration projects. His ability to blend creative problem-solving with operational precision ensures projects progress seamlessly from inception to completion.
Since 2015, Gustavo has amassed extensive experience in interior development, project management, and insurance restoration, leading impactful commercial and residential projects across New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico. His design background informs his unique approach to construction and workflow planning, delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Gustavo enjoys biking, hiking, and pursuing personal design projects that span functional products and visual art, reflecting his creative and active lifestyle.
